Founded in 1944 in the heartland of Uttar Pradesh, our two manufacturing units in Fatehpur operate under a singular philosophy — that true luxury cannot be rushed. Only when the earth dictates do we harvest. Only when perfection is confirmed do we ship.

The journey from paddy to plate is fraught with compromise. We reject all of it. Our milling process is less an industrial procedure and more a rigorous curation.
Himalayan Waters
Every paddy field nurtured exclusively by mineral-rich glacial meltwater from sacred Himalayan river systems.
24-Month Aging
Premium varieties are aged in our climate-controlled silos, allowing the grain's innate length and aroma to develop fully.
360° Optical Sorting
Advanced sorters scan each grain from every angle. Only 1 in 10,000 grains passes our rigorous specification.
Human Final Check
The final selection is performed by trained eyes — a ritual unchanged since our founding in 1944.
